    We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Notice explains how we will keep the information you provide to us safe, secure and compliant, giving you peace of mind. If you are referring to our umbrella service, then you and your friend’s details will be passed securely to our in-house umbrella division to get in touch with you.     Terms and Conditions

    * If you refer a friend to our umbrella service, your £40 vouchers will be paid to you after your friend has been paid for the first time.

    Your friend’s £40 vouchers will also be issued when they have payrolled for the first time.

    The bonus for you and your friend is based on your friend’s contract being a minimum of 12 weeks.

    The referrer must be registered with with an active payroll account with a minimum contract of 12 weeks.

    Vouchers are for use with Amazon only and will be issued via the registered email as an online code.

    ** Depending on the accountancy service you choose, you will receive vouchers for an amount between £100 and £200. Again, depending on the service (enquire with a member of our team here for more details), the referee must either complete 3 months paid service or 4 weeks of fees (to include initial fees paid at sign up) to count as a successful referral.

    Is there a setup fee or additional cost involved?

    There are no setup fees.

    We charge a flat monthly fee that contributes to all submissions, software, and support with no hidden costs for advice.

    If you onboard with us mid-way through your accounting or tax year we will need to align the costs of our services to the beginning of the contract.

    Will I be able to speak to an accountant?

    Yes, our dedicated and friendly accountants are always available to provide unlimited advice and support during office hours.

    Can I amend the accountancy service I receive?

    Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade the accountancy services we provide at any time and these will reflect on your next billing cycle.
