PayPal payments made easier with Xero

One of Cloud Accountant’s software partners has announced some very interesting product updates, including one that will make B2B payments even easier using PayPal.
Speaking at Xerocon in San Francisco last week, Xero’s chief executive welcomed guests in a space-aged auditorium to explain that it had been another fantastic year for the company. He told the crowd of accountants and other users that $1 trillion worth of transactions had now been performed using Xero, and that the company had grown to become the most well used accounting system in the UK.

Xero teams up with expenses company for better product

Top cloud accountancy software provider Xero has teamed up with Expensify, one of the fastest growing expense reporting software providers, to make expenses even easier for small business owners.
The partnership will see closer integration between the platforms. Initially the new features will only be available in the United States, but will spread worldwide in the coming months as both companies seek to ramp up global growth.

Tracking categories in Xero can be used for a number of different options, keeping a track of the work you do for a certain job or seeing how much profit you make per job.

For example, you can set up tracking per region. This can be done by adding tracking category options through the settings in Xero. Once done, they will appear in most instances when you are working in Xero, for example, when creating invoices/quotes, raising purchase invoices/bills and even when reconciling the bank.

Save time with Xero's Repeating Invoice

If you have regular bills to pay, or send regular invoices to customers - use Xero's repeating invoices or bills. Set up a template and Xero will automatically create an invoice or bill for you according to the frequency you specify and drop the it on the Draft tab (if you need to vary the amount or something else each time) or the Awaiting Payment tab (if it is the same every time).
